If I had known I would be charged $90 for an oil change ahead of time, I would have drove right out of the service garage. The same happened with my corvette, didn't know price ahead of time, a shocking $116.95 for oil change 2yrs ago. I'm done.

Every time I come to have service done at the dealership, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The oil change was done very quickly, and no one tries to pressure me on upsells. Everyone involved with the oil change did a wonderful job, and I would not think of going elsewhere.

Every time I enter the Service Department at Hank Graff in Davison the employees are always friendly and helpful and on-time! I truly am so grateful! The Service Manager, Justin Price, is so thorough and great also. The waiting room and restrooms are clean and pleasant. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I wish I could remember the name of the young lady that checked me in yesterday at 12:30 p.m. She was very good!

I was on time and pulled in the write up bay for my 11:30am apt. My invoice was written up at 11:44am to have 1 tire TPMS replaced, GM #13540604 that I provided. My receipt shows I cashed out at 1:08pm. I stayed home the next day and in 2 hours and 50 minutes, Using my shop press and 8" long 4" x 4" block of wood, 1 by 1 with a floor jack, changed all 4 tire TPMS on my Buick Lucerne and saved $140.

After a tire rotation they did not check air pressure, my one tire was 20 pounds low and the other front tires had too much air. When i was driving i kept getting a low pressure reading, I am 70 years old and had to properly adjust the pressure myself .

Davonte Smith is excellent. He is professional, on time and polite. The staff that supports him needs improvement. The original finance person stood us up on two appointments. Davonte had to go and have Wendy step in she was excellent. Also the ceramic coat pick up was late. Again Davonte stepped up and helped them deliver the vehicle because the detail team was running behind. I am not impressed with the dealership because appointments were made days in advance and the Graff staff keeps dropping the ball.

I was told I would have my vehicle back by 4pm. I didn’t get back to my vehicle until almost 6pm. I had to find my child a ride last minute to her class that she couldn’t miss.Very inconvenient. There needs to be loaner vehicles available if the shop needs to keep the vehicle for several hours. Not everyone has 2 cars.

Did not receive great communication on where they were at with the vehicle, had to call multiple times for updates. When I would call I would hardly receive a call back. Car ended up being there for 2 weeks. After 2 days called to inquire about a loaner and they said it was 5 weeks out and had to ask about a rental car, but it was not offered up front. I would not have been able to go without a car for 2 weeks. The problem with my vehicle was also a known issue, so not sure why the timeline couldn’t have been estimated better.

Well my service was actually done in May not June and still is not completed. Was told they have to order a part and it’s on back order and no timeframe when it will be in. Truck is having transmission issues and is getting worse but was told it is still drivable which I disagree with. The workers I’ve dealt with have been good just disappointed at the fact I have a truck with 29000 miles on it and the transmission is messed up and being told to drive it.

When we arrived for our appointment, 10 minutes early, Gary informed us of an internet outage. We all were concerned of the outcome of our appointment due to not being able to to see the codes and or process the oil change and tire rotation. Based off of the information the “My Chevrolet” app provided, we assumed our truck would be at the dealership for several days. Gary spoke of the recall and the length of time needed for the repair. At that time there was not a rental available which would leave us without a vehicle. This was not acceptable. Gary checked in with another colleague and together they were able to diagnose and take care of everything, including a chip in our windshield. Gary apologized numerous times for mistaking our recall for another recall. We were adamant that he did a great job and we were not upset. We chose to grab lunch across the street instead of waiting in the lobby. Gary ensured everything was taken care of and after a couple of hours we were able to pay and be on our way. We left beyond satisfied and for one of the very first times leaving a service center, we felt the person representing the dealership was honest and caring. Thank you!

I was greeted by a salesman whe. I first entered, and they took me over to Michelle who was waiting for me as I made an appointment the prior day. Michelle Fee went above and beyond helping me lease a 2026 Equinox. There was even a teacher discount available for me! She is very knowledgeable, personal, friendly, and takes her time explaining everything and answering all questions. I also saw Mr. Ramirez in finance. What a nice, friendly guy. He was efficient in going over my credit score, walking me through any extras I could add on such as tire and wheel protection (which I took), what my payments would be, and all the financing documents. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Both get 10/10 in my opinion! Great employees.

i was from out of state, pick up a piece of steel in the side wall of my tire. pull into Graff chevy in Davidson mi at 2:05 pm. Joshua took over and by 3:30 pm I was back on the road with new tires. Great service and the tire prices were very competitive with the discount tire stores. It was great service. I would definitely use them again if needed to. Everybody I talk to were very friendly. I even used my chevy rewards.

I’ve been trying to get my wheels fixed under warranty since the end of April. I went on vacation end of April early May and received a message from Steve who no longer works there that he had my warranty straightened out and everything was all set I just needed to call him when I get back and make an appointment. I get back call and find out he is no longer there. I left several messages for the service department no one called me back. I left a few messages for Justin price. He did not call me back until I called and requested to speak to someone higher than him. He finally calls me back after a couple weeks of messages. This is the week before memorial weekend. He says I’ll call you next week after the holiday and get you in. Week passed no call. I left him a message. Surprise no call back. I call and ask to talk to his boss, I get transferred to a woman who is not his boss. She said he will call me back. He calls a couple days later says he’s still working on getting ahold of the wheel guy. Another week goes bye and he tells me he can’t get ahold of anyone and he has escalated it to higher management. Fast forward to this week Monday, Justin calls me again, and says he can’t get ahold of anyone but I can try to call. I call and get someone on the first ring, and she transfers me to the tech. He says he received the order just the previous week (even though Justin supposedly sent it weeks ago) and has been calling Justin but he never calls him back, see a pattern? He says he just needs me to set up an appointment and he will be out to look at my wheels. Thomas told me it would take 2 days. Justin called me on Tuesday to set up appointment. He told me I would drop it off Wednesday morning and have it back Wednesday afternoon. I thought that was odd because Thomas told me differently. I drop my car off at 8 am. I get a call later in the day from Justin telling me they will need my car another day. He did offer a loaner. I did not accept as I had planned for not having a car since Thomas told me he would need a couple days. Just wondering why Justin didn’t know that? Every time I drop my car off Graff has it longer than what they tell me. I picked my car up yesterday. The paper work says two tires on my passenger side were repaired. I’m worried because when Steve had my car he told me and the video the tech sent me states after my alignment and tire balance they put the two bad wheels on the back so I wouldn’t feel the vibrations. So they didn’t put both on the back like they both said they did? Steve made me feel like I was crazy when I til him it was worse after my balance and alignment. No wonder since one of the bad wheels was on the front. Or did Thomas repair the wrong wheels? Of course Justin wasn’t there when I picked my car up so I had to ask Olivia these questions. She did call Justin but I do not trust anyone in that service department. Just like a few years ago you fixed my motor and I said it was still leaking oil. Cody made me wait 3 weeks saying it was just old oil. Come to find out my oil pan wasn’t put back on right. The service department is a joke. I know you see me in my old Chevy Cruz and don’t want to deal with me but I’m going to purchase a new car at the end of this year and it will not be from hank Graff. My time has been wasted and I’ve been lied to. Steve tried to sell me new rims for thousands of dollars and acted like it was unsafe I drive on bent rims but when I said I had a warranty he said oh it won’t cover that. I wrote a bad google review and guess what Steve calls and says he got my warranty to cover. Why was it unsafe to drive until he realized I had a warranty? Then it was okay to drive and we will just put the bad ones on the back? But then they didn’t put the bad ones on the back? I won’t even trust Hank Graff for an oil change any longer. I’m thankful you finally honored my tire warranty that I purchased but what a mess. Over 2 months of back and forth.

I had a 12:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, I was told my car would be done in about 45 minutes. It was ready when I was told it would be and was returned to me in the same condition that I brought it in, clean. I’m very particular about my car and there have been times at other places when I’ve gotten it back with a dirty steering wheel, a pillar or floor mat. Thank you for taking care and consideration keeping my car clean. I appreciate it.

2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is unacceptable. I had an appt for 8, was told it would be 45 minutes. At 1 hr 15 minutes i went and asked what was taking so long and was told another vehicle from another advisor came in with blown tires and took my spot. I had an appt at 10,that I missed. The advisor did have the courtesy driver offer to take me to my appt but needed my car for the appt. Why bother making appts

It took way too long to get oil changed with tire rotation. Oil change customers seem to be in and out. It took 1 hour and 45 min to get oil changed with tire rotation with a scheduled appointment.

Called to have an issue looked at. They couldn’t find the issue but still charged me to look at an issue they can’t find. I had them fix another issue while I was there but the labor rates are absolutely insane at all of these dealerships no one can afford $200 an hour!

I was scheduled for my 2025 Equinox to be looked at for the problem noise cancelation at 2000 RPMs. I was scheduled for 130pm. I was also scheduled for an oil change and a tire rotation. The issue with my Equinox is a known problem. At 2:20pm I was told that the repair would take at least one day and they could give me a ride home because there was not a loaner vehicle (I live an hour away). I do not really find that acceptable because this is where I purchased the vehicle. I took time off work for this appointment. I said that I would just have to schedule a time for the repair. Then I had to wait until 3:30 for the oil change to be completed. This is one week after paying a $1000 for a repair on my 2021 Silverado with 44000 miles on it and being treated less than respectfully by the service manager at Pat Curtis. Not sure why I am even giving 3 stars.

I was pleased with the service. However, I was not told when I scheduled the service that it would take a "couple of hours". It actually took 41/2 hours which was a problem for me. I informed the service technician that I had to pick up children at 3:00 at that was not kept in mind and did not seem important. The curtesy vehicle driver was great.

Lack of communication. A whole day to diagnose. Did not even get to the approved brake replacement that was the original scheduled service. Communicated that i commute and hour to work and an hour home. Service said I'll be fine a few days on critically low brake pad level. Brought vehicle back and proceeded to have repair done for front brake and rotor replacement and transmission flush took over a day and a half. During the whole time frame I had to initiate communication. Very disappointed in the time frame/communication. After this experience I have chosen to never bring a vehicle back to Hank Graff Davison service department.

Brought my truck in for oil change the day after I noticed puddels of oil on my driveway and I could see it dripping from the drain plug. Took it back that night was told it's just residual oil. Then showed pictures and then was told the plug was replaced and it's all set. No explanation of what and why. And no paperwork what was messed up during the oil change causing parts to be replaced.

I had a appointment on7-25-25 at 8:00 am, to get my oil changed and get my tires rotated, I also wanted to get my brake fluid changed, and there was a service instrument cluster showing on my dash.My adviser said there was a update needed also, so I gave him my keys and signed the paper work and told him I needed my truck back buy the end of the day or something to drive.He told me to call him around 2:00 pm to see the status on my truck.I called at 2: 15 and waited until 3:15 and no one called, so I called again and left another message and waited until 4:15 and left another message, I waited until 4:30 all called service manager and that call went to voice mail, in a little while my adviser called and said my truck has not been worked yet, and it won't be that day. So I asked him to send someone to pick me up, so when I got there at 4:45 he gave me my key pod and told me that no one got ahead of me in line, so if I was there at 8:00am what about all the cars that came in after me to my adviser, did there cars not get work on either, or did someone say my truck can wait. I wish my service adviser would had told me my truck was not going to get work on that day, he had to know! I wish someone would tell me why someone else that came in after me got work on first! No one notified me all day to tell me my truck was not going to be worked at all. After the service adviser gave me my key pod back, I still wanted to get my oil changed and the oil change bay was empty, I ask him who I needed to talk with to get my oil changed, he told me to drive in and so I did. I was told they could do the oil but not the tires, so I told him no thank you and left. Once I got home I called graff for appointment for the oil change and tires rotated and was told my truck was in the service bay already, I told her it was but no one touched it all day and I still needed the work done, so she gave me an appointment for 7-30-2025 at 8:00am with service adviser Cody. I was not looking forward to that, but once I got there Cody told me it has aready been serviced. I told him what happened and he told me that he has a lift waiting for me, it took maybe 45 minutes it was great, I am so thankful for what Cody had done, thank you Cody and thank you to the person that did the work. Maybe I had to much to do on my truck the first time, maybe I need just one thing at a time to get fixed at a time?

Needed 2 new tires and rotation of current tires. Done without an issue. Tech also discovered fuel filter needed changing so that was done as well. Status was not reset to 100%, tried myself but nothing happens. Will check back with dealer as I have to call and make appt. for another issue. Forgot to do it while there, and dealership forgot as well, probably because of different service techs.

1 hour estimated time for my appointment turned into 90 minutes. Making an appointment doesn't seem to make a difference on whether they take your car next. Cost was 99.90 for Blazer oil change and tire rotation. No lonnger worth driving 40" to this dealership as coupons stopped years ago.

My experience was wonderful, the staff was really nice and helped me as soon as I pulled up and was also very helpful with looking up exactly what I needed done that day. Everything was really good with our sales person. I did not like the finance person. I told him at the beginning of our conversation that I was not interested with anything else other than the car. He preceded to tell me that he had to mention them. All that did is to pass me off, and I told him that. If it wasn't the fact that this car was for my daughter, I would have ended the sale and went elsewhere. The only reason we went to Hank Graff, and not Al Sarra Is because of Hank Graff's involvement in the 4H auctions at the Genesee County Fair. I feel like the finance guy must be getting a commission off of the extended warranty and stuff. I hate to say that because of that, what I feel was pressure, I never buy from you again.

Checking in and interactions with the team was very good. But! When my wife took delivery of my vehicle, driving away, the steering wheel, running board, and even door had dirty working mess. You may ask her to check it out and come back and complain, my wife will not do that, she’s too nice. Well I will, and I will provide my (David Ledbetter’s) feedback. I paid $75K + for this Suburban, I pay a premium for an oil change and all kinds of dealership services. I and my wife expect premium service, sorry, no excuses. My concern was when I scheduled the appointment. The person on the phone told me the work that I had done was gonna be covered by the warranty then the service tech said it wasn’t covered by the warranty so it ended up costing me $280.

Turned out to be a wasted trip. I was going to use my extended warranty to cover an issue but found out after spending time there that the warranty was not in effect yet. I did not know that these are only submitted once a month and then not until the end of the month. Also did not know that is takes 46 days and 1000 miles from that time. Will have to wait until late October to get my truck fixed. Wish this had been explained more clearly when I purchased it.

Definitely the communication was a little lacking… after I finally got a loaner car to be able to get around since the repairs were gonna take longer. It was a little better. Although I’m still waiting to get a response about the chip in my driver side window. I sent off pictures like requested and I was supposed to be talked to about it at some point and nothing has happened. I was waiting to do a review until after all the repairs have been completed, but this is now the third request of a review.

Took my truck in there.They scanned it, they found four codes, they kept my truck 42 and a half days, did not give me a loaner.And then they had to call g, m, check to figure out what was wrong with it, then I had to wait a few more days for part to come in.And then they had my truck, another eight and a half hours to put one part in, I called b.S.

Car was leaking transmission fluid and I made an appointment to take it in. Josh set everything up for me when I needed a rental. Josh also messaged me daily to let me know if there was any news on my car. Once the issue with the transmission bolts was dealt with the mechanic test drove it and noticed another issue with the steering. Everything is now repaired and I have my car back. Very pleased with how everything was handled

We were impressed with everything from our first meeting, with Chris Horvath and Tyler Kent. It was ready for us at the door. It was just a really wonderful experience buying a brand new truck. Tyler was great going over everything and completing the paperwork and answering all my questions. What a great experience buying a new vehicle. Brakes were terrible after only 32000 miles. Was told the rotors were defective but instead of being replaced they were turned and the defective parts were put back on my vehicle. I was also charged almost $450 for brake pads and installation. Pads would not have been worn without defective rotors!

Setting up the appointment was very easy. When I got there, I was quickly met by someone. They noticed that the appointment was accidentally scheduled as a drop off with next day service but I needed it same day due to work. Everyone was very helping and thoughtful. My part was not in the warehouse when first checked, so I took my auto home to wait for a call. About three weeks later I stopped in to ask about the part, the gentleman Trent, typed in and told me ( yes the part was here) but no one had notified him of it. The entire new truck purchase was excellent from beginning to end. Davonte Smith found the exact truck I was looking for and he was a pleasure to work with. This was the second truck purchase with him. The trucks steering wheel was off by 20 degrees, sitting at 2 and 8 pulling to the right. When I told the maintenance dept. about the issue, they told me that GM requires 1000 miles be placed on the vehicle before an alignment is done. The way it was would have put 10,000 miles on the front tires. Long story short they did an alignment on it and found that the toe in/out was quite a bit off. It now drives and tracks like it should. A word to the wise, when you make an appointment with the mechs. department, that doesn't mean they will work on it then, instead it means they'll work on it when they get to it. In my book that makes the whole appointment thing rather moot. Took them all day to do a 45 minute job.

I recently experienced an issue with the transmission sensor in my truck and reached out to a family friend, Leann LeBeau, who serves as a Customer Service Manager at Hank Graff. From the very beginning, Leann made the process of scheduling my service appointment incredibly smooth and stress-free. Her professionalism and willingness to assist were truly appreciated. Upon arrival, I was assisted by Service Advisor Gary Pearlman. Gary consistently kept me informed throughout each step of the service process, clearly explaining what was being done and ensuring that I understood all of my options. During the inspection, his technicians discovered an oil leak coming from the oil separator. Gary promptly notified me and thoroughly explained the issue, including the potential long-term effects if left unaddressed. He made sure to ask whether I would like the repair completed while the vehicle was already in the shop. I appreciated the clarity and transparency in his communication, and I decided to move forward with both the transmission sensor repair and the oil separator repair at that time. From start to finish, my experience with Hank Graff was exceptional. The staff was knowledgeable, accommodating, and genuinely committed to providing quality service. Because of the outstanding care I received, I will confidently continue to rely on Hank Graff for any future vehicle service needs, and I would highly recommend them to others.

Service dept did not communicate well at all. I sat all day waiting to hear back and had to call multiple times. Then the guy that was in charge of my account was off and didn't tell anyone about my account was what I was told. I had to call several times next day to find out what was going on. What had to be done should not have taken 2 full days. Very disappointed in service. Asked for manager to call me via text. Noone did. We just moved to area. We have went to Durand for YEARS and loved their service dept. Yours does not match up. I don't think we will come there again.

My service technician provided me with a $350 cost for the service I requested for my certified vehicle. We agreed upon the price and services to be provided. He then left for the day and had another service technician take over the appointment. My vehicle was finished very close to the end of the certified service day. I received a call (from the second service technician) that my scheduled service was completed. I arrived approximately 2 minutes later and was charged $697.00, which is $345.00 over the quoted original agreed-upon price for the service. I then called the service technician whom I originally scheduled the appointment with, left a message about the overcharge, and requested a call back, which I have still not received. I am incredibly disappointed with the way I was overcharged for my agreed-upon service, and the way I was treated and ignored when I questioned the discrepancies. If I didn't have a certified vehicle bought from Hank Graff in Davison, I would never use the service center again.

I didn't have my car serviced on 11-14. You've had it since 11-3 with little progress. You also had it for 2 weeks in October which it didn't get fixed. Communication then with Nick was horrible. Gary is better. I wish you or GM TAC department would decide on what's going to happen with my car. Either hurry up & fix or let me get a new one. This is getting ridiculous.

I am not much of a trusting person. But I feel that I can trust him on on what needs to be done. I have many experiences with Graff, from sales. to body shop, to service. I have not experienced a body time yet. I will continue to use Graff for my Automotive needs. Yes I couild find cheaper. But I value time. This was the second time My blazer broke down since I purchased it in July of this year. I contacted my salesman Jacob with a video of what my blazer was doing and asked him to show the video to Cody in service. I then contactsd service and spoke via text to Rodney, the service Manager. He informed me to bring it in, however my blazer had no power to do so Rodney had me call the towing company they deal with and they towed it in. Cody was in constant contact with me regarding repairs. Rodney had my vehicle repaired ahead of several other vehicles because I take care of my 85 year old mother and my blazer is my only vehicle. I appreciate the great customer service and so far my blazer is running great again. I live in Saginaw Township and the drive for excellent customer service is worth the trip!! Thanks guys for getting me back on the road!!

It was nice at the hank graff, but I never received a receipt even though it was under warranty, I should of still be able to get a receipt. everytime I am their the window person always trying find something on my window that it is a crack but won't fix the one that he already has fix

Called to get my vehicle back in immediately after a tire rotation and oil change because it indicated a brake monitor system fail. Left several message s. ( I was then out of town for a week) upon return called to schedule again. Was told to bring it in he next morning at 8:30am vehicle sat there all day no one looked at it. Called at the end of the day to inquire about ststus. I needed the vehicle to pick up kids so I couldn't leave it. Now have to schedule again. Worst service I have had at a dealership in a long time

I had a 7:30 am appointment. After I waited for 1.5 hrs, the technician call d me in my phone to say the he was able to confirm the cost and asked if I still wanted them to continue. I said yes, then he came back 40 minutes later to say it was done. I waited 2 hrs for a 30 minute job when I clearly had an appointment. I had this same experience in February 2025 with another technician. This is a poor practice.

I had my oil changed. I had a coupon from GM & one from Graff. I gave them the coupon from Graff. The service guy gave my coupon back & told to use it later because it doesn’t expire and the GM one did have an expiration date so he used the GM coupon. He saved me a free oil change. I can't say enough good things about the Davison Hank Graff Service Department! Justin Price the Manager is excellent. I worked with Gary Pearlman, who is also excellent! I received a video of the work done with a clear explanation from the technician, who did the work, Manav. He was also very good. Everyone in the service department makes you feel like you are family. I wouldn't ever go to any other dealership!
